In 2019 I moved to the house that is still teaching me and we started clearing the clutter and cutting through undergrowth. It was full of the brambles thick enough to hide Sleeping Beauty.  At its heart is a beautiful very old home but there was a lot going on. It had been home to a lot of trauma that needed clearing.

Today it is sunny, the birds are singing. Earlier I watched a deer with her fawn in the fields at the end of the garden. It’s difficult to remember how scared and uncomfortable I was in my home.

When things felt really bad I sought out Tim Walter from Knightsrose. The response from ‘upstairs’ when Tim started dowsing was ‘this is your work to do’.  So Tim agreed to mentor me and I learnt the craft of house healing.  Like an onion, there are layers to healing work and there are still layers here. Not everywhere is complicated and not everyone stays in such a home when problems start. In my case there were things set in motion that needed time to run their course.
